Now recruiters can utilize our E-Reference Check process in the initial stages to quickly and easily reach out to the candidate’s key references, and confirm the experience and suitability of the finalists for the position.
The E-Reference Check levels the playing field by providing the opportunity for candidates to demonstrate they have what it takes to move to the next stage of the hiring process.
How does the E-Reference Check work with HR?
Recruiters have two options from which to choose. Both options will generate unique occupation-based questionnaires to the candidate’s references.
Recruiters choose an occupational category relating to the candidate’s particular experience to be confirmed. careerandtalenthub will generate a unique occupation-based PDF form-filler questionnaire directly to the candidate’s references via email, and obtain a performance evaluation without any interaction by the candidate.
Recruiters generate an E-Reference Check email to the candidate that will include an introduction and instructions to engage their supervisors, coworkers, and peers. Our software platform will direct the candidate to enter information regarding their occupation and pertinent information about their references. A unique occupation-based PDF form-filler questionnaire will be directed to the candidate’s references via email.
Both options will populate responses from references into an easy-to-read and mobile E-Reference Check report that includes an evaluation of the candidate’s experiences on their resume and application. Results are typically available in less than forty-eight hours.
